If you or any of your clients are looking for a mortgage, I highly recommend Kelly. She is very proactive in looking for better terms, not just when one is in the market for a mortgage but when she thinks it might make sense, based on market conditions, to refinance. That is actually how we connected. When I was renewing my homeowner insurance through Capri, she contacted me to inquire about my existing mortgage. Had I acted quicker I could have refinanced and even with a penalty of about $4K I could have saved more than $20K over 5 years. Unfortunately my lender raised the penalty substantially just about the time I was ready to act and I "missed the boat", as they say.
